Tracy Wong is our in-house Chef and Patissier.  Trained in Paris and having worked in some of the finest hotels and restaurants in London, Hong Kong and Australia, Tracy is the master creator behind T.Sweetmap.  Working from her open kitchen in our mezzanine Tracy supplies a varied range of cakes and pastries daily, catering to most allergy and dietary requirements.  For bespoke creations and larger orders please feel free to contact Tracy via her website
